XA Coach. (“XA Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes the privacy of personal information seriously, including personal information that we process on our customer’s behalf, and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe the manner in which we treat personal information.

XA Coach provides a mobile application called “XA Score” (“App”) for athletic programs to capture and track data and perform data analysis services (“Services”) of their student-athletes.  This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we process in the course of providing the App and Services on behalf of our customers, as well as to the personal information we collect from both the athletic department and individual student-athletes.


COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information we Process on behalf of our Customers:

In the course of providing the App and Services to our customers, we obtain personal information about our customers’ student-athletes, employees or other authorized users of the App and Services as set out below:

1. We collect email, name, various physical information, and information about you in your athletics program, including but not limited to, team position, jersey number, image, and related information from you directly, or indirectly via your athletics program, for the purposes of providing the services of XA Coach, such as body weight, and your responses to our sports readiness questions such as: (How are you feeling today?; How was your sleep last night?; Sleep time, Soreness level.)

2. Your membership in the XA Coach program is governed and managed by your athletics program.

3. Consent to collect this information was provided by your athletics program.

4. XA Coach is owned and run by Centerpoint EKB, Corp., a corporation resident in St. Charles, IL.

5.Third parties, such as our cloud providers and software designers have access to the data but are bound by the confidentiality and privacy requirements at least as strong as the obligations to our customers.  

We require our customers to ensure that they have obtained all authority to provide personal information to us in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Except as set out herein, we do not collect or use personal information of our customers for any purpose other than to provide Services on behalf of our customers.

Information we Collect and Use through our Website and other interactions:
Feedback: We may collect and use customer feedback about our App and Services to better understand our customers and enhance our product and service offerings. With your consent, we may publish your feedback on our Website or other promotional materials.
Surveys and Customer Research: From time to time, we may offer individuals an opportunity to participate in one of our surveys or other customer research. We use this information to help us understand our customers and to enhance our product and service offerings.


SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We understand that data security is a critical issue for our customers and we are committed to safeguarding the personal information in our custody and under our control. We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud, which employs industry-leading security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit. 


RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have personal information retention processes designed to retain personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes of providing Services to our customers or, with respect to the Website, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy to meet legal requirements or to provide data backups that will be overwritten in due course. Data, including its history, can be deleted via our API, and all such deletions occur within a few minutes. After removal, data will still be retained in our backups for some time, to allow for recovery in the case of accidental or malicious removal.


ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
If we receive a request from an individual to access or update the personal information we have collected on behalf of a particular customer in the course of providing the App and Services, we will direct that individual to the relevant customer. We will assist our customers wherever reasonably possible in responding to individual access requests.

If you submit personal information via our Website or otherwise provide us with your personal information, you may request access, updating or correction of your personal information (subject to limited exceptions prescribed by law) by submitting a written request to our Privacy Officer (see “Contact Us” below). We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying your identity.


CHANGES
The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website. We strongly encourage you to please refer to this Privacy Policy often for the latest information about our personal information practices.
